We signed Kylie up for hockey this year. She had asked and expressed some interest, so we looked into it. For her first year in Mini-Mites its only $50 and they supply you with equipment. Not too bad, so we said why not try it!?
This past Sunday was kylie's first time on the ice...without a support walker, but more importantly...without daddy!
See daddy has signed up to help coach! So he on the ice with her at one of the stations. Problem is, she won't move from his side! So this was good to have him off the ice. Give her a chance to trust other coaches and herself.
Hockey started at 3:30 this past Sunday, Kylie got on the ice at 3:48. I'm proud of her! She was scared...really really scared, but she did it!
